Purchase Process

Apartment Reservation
Upon reservation, you will pay an amount of 150,000 CZK + VAT, which will then be deducted from the final purchase price.
Signing of a Future Purchase Agreement
Within 30 days of the reservation, we will enter into a future purchase agreement with you, under which a deposit of 15% of the purchase price will be required.
Construction Completion
We plan to complete construction work on the first phase in Q1 2027, and on the second phase in Q2 2027.
Occupancy Permit
After construction is complete, a final inspection will take place, after which your new home will be ready for handover.
Final Payment
After the final inspection, the remaining part of the purchase price is paid.
Apartment Handover
The final step is the handover of keys. From this moment, you can enjoy your new home.
