Current project status
The first stage of construction began in September 2024. Construction completion, occupancy permit, and apartment handover are planned for Q1 2027.
The second stage of construction began in June 2025. The anticipated occupancy permit for the second stage is scheduled for Q2 2027, with subsequent apartment handover in Q3 2027.
